AGC to Issue Certificates of Substantive Assistance

On 18 September 2013, the Attorney-General’s Chambers informed the respective counsel for Subashkaran s/o Pragasam and Yong Vui Kong that the Public Prosecutor will certify to the High Court that, in his determination, Subashkaran and Yong have substantively assisted the Central Narcotics Bureau in disrupting drug trafficking activities within and outside Singapore.
