The Code of Practice (the “Code”) for the conduct of criminal proceedings by the Prosecution and the Defence sets out best practices guidelines in the conduct of criminal proceedings and is jointly issued by the Attorney-General’s Chambers, Public Defender’s Office and the Law Society of Singapore.
