The hearing of the application by Mr Shadrake to leave Singapore is adjourned to 2 December 2010 for Mr Shadrake to provide more information. The Court also confirmed that at the hearing on 22 November 2010, the Attorney-General had not at any point in time “invited” Mr Shadrake to leave Singapore.
