On 11 May 2018, the Attorney-General’s Chambers (“AGC”) filed an application with the High Court for an order of committal against Mr Wham Kwok Han Jolovan for contempt of court in connection with the publication of his 27 April 2018 Facebook post (“Mr Wham’s Facebook post”).
