Over the past few days, a number of commentaries and letters have appeared in both print and online about the issuance of a letter of warning to Ms Lee Seng Lynn on 14 June 2013, for her having committed contempt of court. Concerns have been raised that judicial power has been usurped by AGC and that journalistic activities will be stifled.
