Notices issued by the then Registry of Companies and Businesses (now known as the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority or ACRA)

The then Registry of Companies and Businesses ("RCB") had issued 2 notices to foreign law firms. These were:

  • Notices to Foreign Law Firms on the Registration of Foreign Law Firms Under the Legal Profession (Amendment) Act No. 4 of 2000 and Legal Profession (International Services) Rules No. S236 of 2000 (01 Aug 2000)

  • Notices to Joint Law Ventures on the Filing or Lodgment of Documents with the RCB (20 Aug 2002)
